Ariel Wine – Cabernet Sauvignon
Ariel Cabernet Sauvignon is a dealcoholized wine composed of Cabernet from the 2019 vintage, produced in a sustainable winery in Paso Robles, California. After undergoing fermentation in stainless steel cooperage, the wine is separated from the skins, and a portion of it is moved into oak for extended aging. Just prior to bottling, the alcohol is gently removed by cold filtration, leaving less than 0.5% alcohol by volume.
ARIEL oak-aged Cabernet Sauvignon offers aromas of black currants, cherry, blueberries and chocolate, with soft tannins and a dry finish. Enjoy ARIEL Cabernet Sauvignon with beef, lamb and red sauce dishes.

This is the 3rd one I've tried, and was really nice (two others were like drinking boiled and cooled ribena). I had a few glasses, and really felt satisfied. Enjoyed it a lot.
I’ve really missed my rich reds since stopping drinking alcohol. This is the only one I’ve found that has the lovely warm feel - perfect for a cold winter’s night!
This was much better than all other reds I’ve tried but still reds have a very long way to go to compare in taste to their alcohol equivalents.
I've tried many NA red wines and they are mostly undrinkable, tasting more like juice than wine. This red wine is the exception! It tastes great and has a lovely sharp bite to it with a gritty tannin texture. Tastes and feels like a red wine should. This wine is one I buy regularly now, making sure I always have a bottle on hand.
