Created by Amanda Thomson, who studied her craft in the Champagne region of France, this prestigious sparkling Chardonnay is one of the closest in taste, mouthfeel and aroma to an excellent French Champagne.

Made from Chardonnay grapes from sandy and Calcareous vineyards in southern Spain, this sparkling wine is pale in colour with an extra dry, crisp taste.

It is also Certified Organic, Certified Vegan, Certifed Halal and very low in sugar with only 2.9g of sugar per 100ml making it one of the healthiest non-alcoholic options in the world.

Thomson & Scott are passionate about crafting healthy alternatives to alcohol and have attracted global media attention, including the New York Times, for their efforts.

Winemaking: Traditional winemaking in stainless steel vats for a further de-alcoholisation by vacuum distillation with aroma recovery. The wine is then lightly carbonated.

TASTING NOTES:

Best non-alcohol bubbles ever

I love Thomson & Scott Sparkling Chardonnay. I love the taste and it allows me to drive my granddaughter to her various activities as well as have a couple of glasses with dinner or lunch with pure enjoyment being the only after effects. I had a Prosecco at my daughters the other day and have decided I much prefer Thomson & Scott Noughty Sparkling Chardonnay!

Wow I had a team meeting this week and my team LOVE Taittenger, so we had a bottle of Noughty and one of Taiitenger and did an accidental blind tasting….guess who won, you did and now I need to order more Noughty as it’s the BEST!!!

Taste

While these are better than some alc free they are overpriced and not good enough taste to convert from water or juice.

Wonderful

Trying all zero alcohol wines as I have given up alcohol.
bubbles a little larger than a top quality champagne. Flavour is awesome. Buying 4 dozen for holidays.
