The start is to create premium, full-strength Merlot wine, fruit from Hawke's Bay. Then use innovative spinning cone technology to gently distil the wine into three layers: aroma, alcohol, and the body of the wine.

The delicate aromas are collected and recombined with the body of the wine, adding just a touch of premium grape juice to produce the final blend: a refreshing, delicious 0% Merlot wine with low calories.
