Low Intervention Organic White Nº 1 is made from a juicy blend of Garganega & Vespaiola grapes , creating fresh tones of pear, citrus, floral honey and minerality. Low Intervention Organic White Nº 1 is matured for 12 months before gently liberated from alcohol.
