Sobriety Society uses premium quality organically grown grapes to make pure and expressive alcohol removed wines. An ultra-membrane filter is used to aid the removal of alcohol ensuring the resultant wines remain vibrant and full-flavoured.

A classic example of Blanc de Blancs, bursting with citrus and apple and a freshly effervescent mouthfeel. The palate is full flavoured and ends dry with a hint of sweetness and cleansing acidity. Serve chilled and pair with you favourite canape
