Non-Alcoholic Negroni's
It’s Negroni week so we thought we'd share a variety of tasty non-alcoholic Negroni recipes for you to try across the week.
What is a Negroni?
A Negroni is an Italian cocktail, made using equal portions of Gin, Vermouth Rosso and Campari, served over ice and garnished with orange peel. It's an intensely aromatic cocktail, thanks to the botanicals present in all three spirits. For those of you who are not familiar with these ingredients, let us briefly give you the run down. We’re assuming you’re aware what Gin is, so we’ll skip over this and get to the good stuff...
Vermouth Rosso is an aromatic fortified red wine, flavoured with various botanicals such as roots, barks, flowers, seeds, herbs and spices. Campari is an Italian alcoholic liqueur (considered an aperitif), obtained from the infusion of herbs and fruit in alcohol and water. It is a bitters, characterised by its dark red colour.
